Sales Office Administrator Vacancy
We are seeking to hire a Sales Office Administrator to join our team!
As a Sales Administrator you will serve as a main point of contact to our energetic sales team, providing daily administrative support to both our customers and Sales Executives. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, you will contribute to high quality customer service and achieving sales targets.
· In charge of the sales department administration under the guidance of the Sales Manager
· As CRM super user, perform data entry in the system on a daily basis ensuring all necessary information are uploaded and up-to-date
· Coordinate sales executives and provide necessary support
· Manage team agenda and ensure all appointments and steps are duly uploaded on relevant online systems
· Responsible for handling any incoming client enquiry through email, phone and in person with the coordination of the Sales Manager
· Provide support to Business Development team as needed
· Be a general point of contact and support for clients at office, ensuring promotional material is always in place, meeting room is ready, meet & greet etc.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with orientation to result and commitment to high level customer service
- Fluency in English both spoken and written (other languages will be considered as an advantage)
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is a plus
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
