We are seeking to hire a Sales Office Administrator to join our team!

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

 

o   Excellent communication skills

o   Excellent knowledge of English written and verbal

o   Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an advantage

o   Bright, confident personality

o   Professional telephone & email manner and ability to book appointments

o   Good computer literacy (MS Office)

o   Excellent administrative skills

o   Confident personality with excellent customer service skills

o   Data entry in company CRM on daily basis

o   Flexible to work weekends and evening hours

o   Able to follow guidelines and company policies

o   Follow guidelines and company policies

o   Ability to work as part of a team & report to Manager

o   Previous experience is not necessary however may be considered as an advantage#
