Job Vacancy – Marketing Manager



As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives. You will oversee promotional events and marketing campaigns, with the aim of growing our inbound sales channels and improving client retention. You will work in close cooperation with Sales and Business Development, reporting marketing and sales results to senior management.


         Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
         Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors and clients
         Organise promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with team to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise

·  Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings

·  Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

·  Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and social media in order to attract and convert target groups

· Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
   Experiment with a variety of acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more

  Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

·  Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies. Present marketing and sales data through detailed written reports and verbal presentations

·  Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely and as directed

·  Hire and train a team of marketing associates to coordinate events and conduct outside sales if needed


         Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field

         At least 4-5 years of experience in a marketing and promotion role

         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English

         Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

         Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

         Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

         Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends if needed
