Cyprus East Coast Sales: An increase of 6% in August


For the fourth consecutive month, the Cyprus East Coast has experienced a significant increase in sales compared to the previous year.

 According to the Department of Lands and Surveys, for August, the sales documents filed this year in August are 50, as opposed to 47 the previous year. This implies an increase of 6%.


 As we mentioned in previous articles, for the year 2018, the months that showed an increase in comparison with the last year are January, February, April, May, June, July and August. Therefore, March was the month with not an increase nor a decrease.


 The biggest increase in sales documents was recorded in February with 174%, January coming in second place with 129% and thereafter May with 108%.
