Civil Engineer
Who We Are
We are a growing organization operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.
Role Overview
The Engineer will be responsible for the project management, safety, coordination and cost-effective delivery of all sites
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure all works are completed safely, reliably, time and cost-effectively
· Manage and support multidisciplinary projects
· Produce clear and concise technical documentation
· Work within established Quality Assurance systems
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a self-motivated team player with a minimum of five years’ experience in contracting or maintenance operations and a proven track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects.
Essential Requirements
· B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Building Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
· Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Desirable Skills
· Knowledge of AutoCAD
· Experience with Microsoft Project
· Excellent command of the English language
Salary & Benefits

Receptionist
Who We Are
We are a growing organization operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our main office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organized, and friendly professional to join our team and gain hands-on experience in office management and administration.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism.
· Handle calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team.
· Maintain an organized, and welcoming reception area.
· Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing meeting rooms.
· Manage petty cash and office supplies
· Ensure daily office operations run smoothly
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
· Has a positive and professional attitude.
· Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Pays attention to detail and can multitask effectively.
· Is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Desirable:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those looking to join under the HRDA Scheme for young professionals.
Salary & Benefits
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
· 13th salary
