KARMA Group / KARMA Construction is seeking to recruit a Site Engineer – Civil Engineering to join its Construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction works, ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, programme requirements and Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and site teams.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or construction issues.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor workmanship and materials.
• Support Health & Safety compliance across site activities.
• Check quantities and provide technical support for variations and valuations.
• Monitor material requirements and site deliveries.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress documentation.
• Assist with RFIs, snagging, as-built information and project handover.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration with, or eligibility for registration with, ETEK.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/building projects, with focus on the residential sector – individual & community housing and apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or similar software will be considered an advantage.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driving licence.

Construction sites primarily within the Famagusta District.
